Online Focus Groups FAQ standard

Having cut my teeth in the backroom of focus group facilities for years, I’ll admit that I was a little skeptical of online focus groups. Sure, there are obvious benefits – geographic diversity, cost savings on facility fees, in-home comforts, etc. But, there are also a great deal of questions for worriers like me: Will participants engage with each other through a computer?   The answer is yes and no. They do engage with each other, but it frequently takes them a little while to warm up to the idea.
